Welcome to the website of The Stephen and Catherine Pappas Patristic Institute of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in Brookline, Massachusetts. Founded in 2003 by a generous grant from the late Stephen Pappas and his wife Catherine for the advancement of Greek and Eastern Patristic studies, our mission is to serve both the Academy and the Church. The institute enjoys close cooperation with the other Seminaries and Universities in the Boston area through its membership in the Boston Theological Institute.
