Office of Operations

The Office of Operations, under the direction of Chief Operating Officer James Karloutsos,  is responsible for providing leadership in building a team which will assume responsibility and accountability for achieving both the mission and the strategic plan objectives of HCHC.    The office observes an open-door policy, and welcomes input from the entire community. The Office of Operations oversees the day-to-day activities of buildings and grounds, the cafeteria, capital improvements, financial aid, housing, information technology, admissions, the bookstore and the registrar.
