As a point of general information, all keys must be returned to your Resident Assistant or the Director of Housing at time of withdrawal or time of moving out, whichever occurs first. At no time is it permissible for any resident to change the lock on their room, apartment or housing unit. If this should occur, school personnel will replace the lock and the cost of related labor and materials will be assessed to the student who changed the lock.
Failure to return all keys issued will result in a $100 lock charge and a $50 improper checkout fee. Loss of key(s) at any time after the initial issuance is subject to a $50 fine per key.
