Archbishop Demetrios at HCHC

Archbishop Demetrios, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church of America, will be at Hellenic College and Holy Cross on Monday, March 7, for the annual Clean Monday Retreat for students. He will deliver an address and then preside at the Mystery of Holy Unction. The entire HCHC community welcomes the Archbishop to campus and looks forward to his participation in this important beginning to Great Lent. Clean Monday is set aside each year as a day of prayer, fasting and self-examination for the students. The afternoon will be spent as a time for reflection and meetings with spiritual fathers. The day will conclude with Great Compline and the Canon of St. Andrew.
